Yes, this is a story from that "other list". But a good funny story is
a tonic for all. So pardon me for passing it on. It gave me a laugh
and just may spark other funny memories from the members of this list.

I just thought that I should pass along an old story I read in a
Swedish photo magazine
a long time ago, late 70-ies I guess.
It was an interview with the only female photographer at one of
Swedens biggest newspapers.
She was using F2´s with motors but had problems with the rain, it
rains alot in Sweden, and would get water in the contacts in the
shutter release in the motor, which would short the release and fire
of a whole film in one go. So to solve this she would put a condom
over the
grip of the motordrive. She noted that it was important to remember to
get NON-lubricated condoms.
But, of course there was a downside to this method.She had a very hard
time convincing the tax authorities that condoms were a tax
deductable tool of the trade.
