I'm a bit of an anomaly, but I use:
Print: Kodak Supra 400 for general purpose, Portra 160 for portraits
Slide: Fuji Astia
B&W: Delta 100 and 400.
Off the beaten path: Scala sometimes, Kodak HS Infrared, and my remaining
Agfa 25 stock
For family snapshots, I use whatever I get: Kodak Gold 200 or 400, Max,
Fuji 200 or 400. whatever is the best price.
