There is absolutely no disagreement from me. For the most part,
European cuisine improves the farther south-west you get. Actually,
the same is true here in North America. With the exception of seafood,
New England is pretty horrid. We won't talk about Minnesota. Minnesota
doesn't even have seafood that hasn't been rotted first.
It looks like you have a really good cast of characters at your office.
